(When any of the following conditions occurs)
1. Abnormal tool selection.
2. Abnormal tool holder bushing up-and-down movement.
3. Abnormal tool changer arm rotation.
4. Abnormal tool clamp/release.
5. Prolonged automatic tool change (low T0/T2 setting of PLC timer)
1. Press the “RESET” button.
2. Return the tool changer arm to its home (0°) by using the M code (depending on the tool changer stop status) or manually.
3. Check that the tool numbering in the ATC is consistent with that in the NC Tool List.
1. Check whether the tool clamp/release signal switch is normal, and whether the sensor light can be switched normally
