Composed of 2 sets of LT300 lathes, 1 set of EM800P-II vertical machining center and stationary robots, this line is delivered in the turnkey manner by US WHEELER with such features as secondary positioning system, turnover table, sampling table, loading and unloading pallet, hand-held material detection system. The lathes are applied with angled hydraulic fixture, and the vertical machining center with four-axis hydraulic fixtures, facilitating a centralized process layout and enabling the automatic processing and production of parts from blank to finished product through two processes.
